AyoCPA is a Canadian-based accounting firm offering a full suite of financial services including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, business advisory, and estate planning. The website was designed to reflect the firm's client-focused philosophy and commitment to modern, tech-driven solutions. It features informative sections such as About, Services, Blog, and Resources, along with essential user interactions like document submission, appointment booking, and a client portal.
The client needed a clean, professional, and responsive website that could clearly communicate their wide range of services while enabling user engagement through online document submission and multi-branch appointment scheduling. Additionally, they required intuitive navigation and accessibility for both new and returning clients, with seamless integration of key tools like a client portal.
As the frontend developer, I translated the provided design into a fully responsive, user-friendly web interface using NextJS, TypeScript, AntD and Tailwind CSS. Special attention was given to accessibility, responsiveness across devices, and maintaining a professional yet approachable aesthetic. I implemented dynamic UI components to support document uploads, branch-based appointment booking, and seamless navigation through the company’s services and blog content.
The final frontend build provided AyoCPA with a polished and engaging digital presence that aligns with their mission to deliver personalized accounting services. The client now has a professional platform that facilitates customer interactions and strengthens trust with potential clients. The site has improved their online visibility and has streamlined key business operations like client onboarding and scheduling.
